New Service Support Manager

Bramidan has appointed Jacob Bank as our new Service Support Manager with the purpose of boosting our technical support on balers.
Jacob is being trained - he will soon be ready
Jacob is facing a very steep learning curve in order to become an operative supporter. One of his focus areas will be our BRA-IN monitoring system for balers and compactors, including both BRA-IN Modem and BRA-IN Link. A system, which we offer our customers for optimization reasons and to reduce service costs, for example via remote service.
Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in technology management and marine engineering, he also have vocational education as stainless sheet metal worker.
Previously Jacob was employed at JENSEN Denmark for 4 years, which is world leading machine manufacturer of industrial laundry equipment. During this time, he has been working abroad for two periods, first 3 months in USA and later 1 year in Singapore.
Jacob says: "I am looking forward to join the team and cooperate with all of you. I have a lot of training planned in the coming period, so I am able to help you and give you the best possible support."
